mommys little sidekick

Poor lil Thatch- he gets stuck helping me out most days/ afternoons- but hes such a sport....he even makes vacuuming fun. I think it's a gift- making lemonade out of lemonade. He's really good at making me believe I am not breaking any child labor laws. But really, I am super thankful for this guy and all the joy he bring to our house and family. Don't get me wrong- he's nnot all peaches and rainbows- he's giving me a run for my $. I just have to keep saying that he's MY lemonade!

star of the week

Linden is star of the week this week- which means it's all about her....wait for the 6 year old power trip....
she needed to make an "all about me" poster that we needed to add a photo to- so she says she needs  "NEW" photo, so that her classmates know it's her ((cuz she looks different from December...)) We went outside to take some pics and she had a ball. she's really into being a lil model- watch Next Top Model.

i told Thatch to kiss Linden and he just giggled for a while and Linden leans in......

horsing around....punn intended

Linden rode Ginger the other day- she looked like a pony, but was just a shortie horse. Linden almost started crying when she saw she would be riding such a small horse. But then it happened, linden fell off the horse. I didnt think this would ever happen on her second lesson, buy sure enough, she lost her balance and off she went. Thankfully with the helmet intact on her head.she landed on her feet, but gave me and her trainer a nice little scare. I was sooo thankful that Ginger was so short....a pony really.
