"what you doing Papa?"

....Linden's token phrase while Nana and Papa were here, and now that they are gone she is saying "what Papa doing in Cha-ka-go?". What did 'nt Papa do while he was here??Well, I will tell you what he did do:
He cleaned under our fridge and showed Brett how to do it next time! He sanded our front gate, he sanded the office door from ruining my beautiful hardwood floors, he installed a security motion light in the side yard, he cleaned out the shed and added hooks and a much needed shelf, he mowed the lawn before putting the lawnmower back in the pretty shed, he put on a new "family toilet seat" and I am sure some other things that I will notice in the next few weeks! Thank you Papa for all the hard work while you were here! Thanks so much- we apprechiete it!

Pizza on the beach

We headed down to Half Moon Bay for our weekly pizza nite- this was a special occasion on the beach! We saw seals in the water and a seagull finished Linden's piece of pizza!

We had a great time! It was so super natural-we cannot believe we have a 2 year old! She has been such a giggle the last few weeks, singing "Happy Birthday to me" and jumping around with a smile on her face! She's such a good girl and we feel like the luckiest people in the world!

Menlo Park block party

My neighbor Kelley and I went to the Menlo Park Summer block party tonite- they had fun things for the kids and they got to go down a slide. Lauren and Linden are little buddies now- they were even holding eachother's hands! We had dinner with the kids and had a great time! Thanks Kelley!

Pachetti Winery dinner

We went to the annual Pachetti Winery dinner tonite- it was so beautiful. We hooked up with some friends from Cisco and had a wonderful time- Linden was dancing to the music and the food was great! They have peacocks on the winery grounds and Linden was even feding them out of her hand by the end of the nite! She has NO fear!
We had a wine tasting out of the barrel- very chic! It was great, and we usually just have pizza on Sunday nites!
