We went to the Pederson's for a little inpromptu BBQ- it was actually a very fancy dinner! It was fun to hang you Quinn and Baby Emily and Uncle Mark and Aunt Maribeth. So FUN!

Preschool camp out

There are 11 spots and 10 parents are spending the night!

Brett was in line at Footsteps Preschool at 5:15 AM this morning, for registration that starts tomorrow at 7:30 am! The preschool is "first come first serve" and the parents have been camping out for years in order to get a spot for their kid. So it was our turn and Brett is the first in line this year- Dad of the year award!!! He was there from 5:30 to noon, we all had lunch together and then I was there from 1 to 5:30 and Brett is there, now- (as I sit comfortably at home in my pj's! ) until registration begins tomorrow am.
Linden and I went to say goodnite to Daddy at the park and she thought it was soo cool that Daddy gets to sleep outside, in a tent!

Bye-bye to all the baby girl stuff....

I think this is what they call "nesting"- or it's just a giant mess of clothes...you decide! I am cleaning out our attic space off all the baby stuff we do not need anymore. Passing along Linden's baby clothes and finding the TWO gender neutral things in this "girly girl's" wardrobe. I am sad to see the pink baby things go- but baby blue looks great too!

Haircut!

Linden got her first REAL haircut on Sunday- we took about 3 inches off! She keeps asking for her hair back- but it's awfully cute.....

Tahoe weekend

Daddy and Linden going for a maiden voyage!

We headed up to Tahoe with the Casey's last weekend and had such a good time! It was so fun to hang out with friends and enjoy the amazing weather. It had snowed over 10 feet recently in Tahoe and the snow was like nothing we had ever seen before- nothing like Midwest snow!
Avery and Linden had a "sleepover" in the same room and the parents stayed up to play games and hang out by the fire. We need to do this all the time- it was so perfect! Brett is figuring out how to get our own place up there. We also want to go back in the summer to enjoy the lake activities too.

Linden has the best expressions while on the potty and we usually have some pretty funny conversations there- seeing as we are there alot~!
She told me today she wanted to take a picture of her "poopy", so I told her we could take a picture of her on the potty instead. Then she said she wanted to take a picture with me...
